Is it still waiting?
- Use Undo Send immediately if your email app still offers it.
- If it is in the server queue, ask support to check. Stopping delivery is not guaranteed.

IF ALREADY DELIVERED
Send a correction
- cPanel and DirectAdmin cannot recall a delivered email.
- Send a short correction with the right information or attachment.

Prevent another mistake
- Check recipients, attachments and message details.
- Enable a send delay if your email app supports it.
Delivered Email Cannot Be Pulled Back
Your hosting provider cannot remove a message after the recipient’s server accepts it. Support can help check delivery or queue status.
Undo Send vs Outlook Recall
These features depend on your email app and mail service.
Undo Send
- Cancels sending during a short delay.
- Use it before the message is released.
Outlook Recall
- Works only when the mail service’s requirements are met.
- It does not add recall support to cPanel or DirectAdmin email.
