Why iCore Does Not Accept Rush Jobs

Service Direction / Introduction / Scope

To ensure every job is properly prepared, completed, and checked, iCore only accepts projects with a reasonable amount of lead time. We do not accept requests with excessively short or urgent deadlines.

This policy applies to renewals, website work, migrations, technical applications, account changes, new development, and other projects with a deadline.

Service Transparency

Even a request that appears simple may require account access, information verification, payment confirmation, third-party approval, system processing, scheduling, or other steps outside iCore’s direct control.

When there is not enough time, we cannot provide the standard of service our customers expect. We therefore set clear expectations before accepting a job instead of taking on work that cannot be completed responsibly.

Definitions

  • Rush job: A request that must be completed immediately, on the same day, or within an unreasonably short period.
  • Lead time: The time needed to assess requirements, collect information, schedule work, complete it, and verify the result.
  • Fixed deadline: A completion date that cannot easily be moved, such as an expiry, launch, migration, application, or event date.

Description of Content

What Is Considered a Rush Job?

A request may be considered a rush job if it:

  • Must be completed immediately, on the same day, or within an unreasonably short period.
  • Is submitted only when a domain, hosting plan, SSL certificate, or another service is about to expire.
  • Is too close to the deadline to allow sufficient preparation.
  • Requires us to skip normal procedures or checks to meet the deadline.
  • Involves repeated requests to speed up or bring forward the completion date.

Why We Do Not Accept Rush Jobs

Insufficient time limits our ability to understand the requirements, prepare the necessary information, complete the work properly, and verify the result. It also increases the risk of mistakes, service interruptions, delays, or an incomplete outcome.

Please Allow Sufficient Lead Time

Please contact us early for:

  • Domain, hosting, SSL certificate, or service renewals.
  • Website updates, repairs, or troubleshooting.
  • Website, email, or server migrations.
  • New websites, systems, or feature development.
  • Account setup, information changes, or technical applications.
  • Any project with a fixed deadline.

The earlier you contact us, the more time we have to assess the request, schedule the work, and resolve unexpected issues.

Important Note

An upcoming expiry or urgent deadline does not guarantee that iCore will accept the job or complete it immediately.

Common Mistakes

  • Waiting until a service is about to expire before arranging payment or renewal.
  • Submitting website, migration, or development work only shortly before launch.
  • Assuming a small change requires no preparation, access check, testing, or third-party processing.
  • Expecting repeated requests to speed up work to change the accepted schedule.

Responsibility Breakdown

Customer: Monitor service expiry dates, contact iCore early, provide complete and accurate information, arrange payment or verification promptly, and allow reasonable time for the work.

iCore: Review the request, assess the scope and available preparation time, explain whether the work can be accepted, and carry out accepted work using normal preparation and checking procedures.

Third parties: Registries, certificate authorities, payment providers, software vendors, and other external services control their own approvals and processing times.

Limitations

Submitting an urgent request does not mean that iCore will accept the job or guarantee completion by the requested deadline. Acceptance depends on the scope of work, available preparation time, completeness of the required information, third-party processing, and our current schedule.

Support Information

If your request is already urgent, contact iCore and explain the situation, required outcome, deadline, and any relevant expiry date. We can review the request and advise whether there is sufficient time to assist.

Use the official iCore support channel and provide all required information as early as possible.

FAQ

Can I still contact iCore if my request is already urgent?
Yes. We can review the situation, but review does not guarantee acceptance or completion by your deadline.

Does an upcoming domain, hosting, or SSL expiry guarantee immediate renewal?
No. Payment confirmation, identity or information verification, third-party processing, and system updates may still be required.

Why can a simple request still need lead time?
Access checks, requirement confirmation, backups, testing, approval, and external processing may be necessary even for a small change.

Use Case

Situation: A customer contacts iCore on the day a hosting plan or SSL certificate is due to expire and requests immediate renewal or restoration.

Response: iCore reviews the account, payment or verification status, required processing, and current schedule. The request may be accepted only if there is sufficient time and the required information is complete.

Recommended approach: Monitor expiry dates and arrange renewals in advance so there is time to resolve payment, verification, or processing issues.

Summary

iCore only accepts work that allows sufficient time for preparation, completion, and checking. Please contact us early, especially for renewals, migrations, website launches, and other fixed deadlines. This helps us provide reliable, responsible, and professional service.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
