How to Reset Your Email Login Password via cPanel
Change your mailbox password, then update your devices.

OPEN YOUR MAILBOX
Find the email account
- Sign in to cPanel and open Email Accounts.
- Find the address, then click Manage or Password and Authentication.

CHANGE THE PASSWORD
Set and save
- Enter or generate a strong password.
- Store it securely, then click Save or Update Password.

UPDATE YOUR DEVICES
Sign in and test
- Use the new password in Webmail and your mail apps.
- Send a test email and check that you receive a reply.
Keep Your Password Private
Never send your password to support. If login fails, share the error message and affected email address.
Mailbox Login vs cPanel Login
These are separate login details.
Mailbox Login
- Uses your full email address.
- Used for Webmail and email apps.
cPanel Login
- Used to manage your hosting account.
- Changing a mailbox password does not change your cPanel password.
