- Check both mailbox and hosting storage usage.

Back up and clean
- Export important messages and verify the saved copy.
- Review large messages, Sent, Spam and Trash before deleting unwanted mail.

TEST DELIVERY
Recheck and request resends
- Recheck storage, then send and receive a test email.
- Ask senders to resend bounced messages. Ask support about more storage if needed.
Back Up Before Deleting Mail
IMAP deletions can remove mail from other devices too. Messages rejected while the mailbox was full may not arrive automatically after cleanup.

Check both limits when your mailbox is full.
Mailbox Quota
- The limit assigned to one email account.
- Increasing it may help only if hosting storage is available.
Hosting Storage
- The total storage allowance for your hosting plan.
- Cleaning one mailbox or changing its quota does not increase the plan allowance.
