How to Perform a
PingPlotter Test

Before you start
Use the computer with the connection problem. Ask support for the test hostname or IP address.

Download & install
- Download PingPlotter for your computer.
- Install it, then open the app.

Enter the server address
- Enter the hostname or IP address provided by support.
- Do not include https:// or a page path.

Start & wait 1 minute
- Click Start (the play button).
- Keep it running for at least 60 seconds.

Take a screenshot
- Capture the target, route table and graph.
- Windows: Win + Shift + S
Mac: Command + Shift + 4

Send it to support
- Attach the screenshot to your support ticket.
- Include your affected domain, ISP and test time.
Keep in mind
One minute is a quick check. Support may ask you to test longer.
